If you need the work done you should be able to find a way to get it done. In most states (I assume you are in the US) there are dental programs available for those unable to pay. In California DentiCal is available and while it may be hard to find a dentist who will work for the reduced fees some are available. I’m under the impression that most states have programs like this. Check with your college for resources. If you are near a large town that has a dental school go there. In our area low-income people can go to a dental clinic at a local community college to get most work done.
Don’t despair, just get to work looking for resources in or near your area. You may also be able to take out a loan for the work or a credit card or in-office financing. When I was in college I had to hock my guitars every semester to buy books. I know it’s not the same but you may have to go in debt to get what you want.

Well I have braces right now, and it is a long process. So if you want fast progress I would go for the surgery. If you get braces it will be cheaper and worth the wait. If you get the surgery it might be faster but a little pain full, and worth the pain. so just think about it and talk to your parents and decide whats best. Hope everything works out

The best option would be the extraction approach. My sister and I are both dentists and explored both options thoroughly. The extraction fixed appliances option was the best. She has recently completed her orthodontic therapy and although she thought that she would be conscious about it, she isn’t. She has a great result. With the ideal smile your lower lip covers majority of your lower teeth so the only time someone will notice is when they get into your personal space, by this time i’m sure you would know the person well enough.lol.

I know how that feels I only gotten two wisdom teeth pulled I was always biting my cheek on my left side and it was time for them to come out, And the top one came out find that had a cavity that came so find but the bottom one was way down in there deep, They said if I never have went it would have done some serious damage to me, witch I’m glad I don’t have to see that it was so close to the nerve and the bone of the jaw, so it was good getting that out, and jeez it was hard to they had to yank it pull it and everything it bleeded a lot but it stopped the next day, finally, my cheek is still swollen but it’s getting better I go back in a two weeks for stitches removed. I had the numb needles, XD

If you want to be a dentist, you’ll need a four year Bachelor degree in a hard science, such as Chemistry from an accredited university such as UW or WSU. Then you’ll have to get into a dental program, which is another four years. Maybe call a dentist to ask his/her advice on the matter.

However, if you want to be a dental assistant, the RTC website you included has all the information you’ll need to pursue that career. It seems like the requirements are pretty simple. I would definitely go the RTC route over the Kaplan route.

I am pretty sure they can find all the schools you’ve attended even if you didn’t provide it. Yes all the grades will be there but some credits are not always accepted.

Maybe you’ll get lucky and they won’t accept that credit but when applying to Dental School you must submit all college transcripts. If you don’t provide all of them that could negatively affect your Dental School application.

So then looking at the specific details of this scam

- Plus weekly allowances in $ ‘s – why if it’s a UK position would they pay anything in $ ‘s?
- First class flight?

Then googling there is confirmation of this being a scam, but suspiciously the page has disappeared. Scammers are very careful to try to get pages deleted to avoid being shown up, but it did show me that the Email address they use is a gmail one. This again is a typical scammer trait. Ask yourself why would a reputable company that can afford to pay a sales co-ordinator the salary of a politican, not be able to afford a domain name and would use gmail!

So it IS too good to be true and avoid like the plague!

Try aspen dental.. I really liked them. Plus if you’re a new patient you get the free xrays and exam. My teeth are bad too, like calculus build up and diagnosed with periodontal disease bad.
