I truly don’t mean to sound glib!!! But you should seriously consider moving to UTAH….it’s the only state w/out legalized gambling….

Get therapy and such to get over it…but get away from the temptation at the very least…..

Really…nothing else will get fixed unless you get away from the problem to start with.

You can always do at home bleaching which is available through your dental office. I would recommend Crest White Strips Premium if you dont want to spend the money one the professional stuff (which works a lot better). But once that is done, there is a trick I use. When drinking anything besides water, even clear soda (which can stain too) drink with a straw. This will keep your teeth white longer.

do not use peroxide,as it weakens teeth.baking soda is as excellent as anything and will not harm the teeth.

Several things-Speak to him about it and tell him how you feel without attacking him.Talk about your feelings about is actions..Remember feelings..If you talk about how you feel it is your feelings he can not argue about it.
Second you cannot change people BUT you can change how you treat them. How you treat them will change their behavior..Example:
When his family comes over do not be to available. Do what you reckon is apt for guests and that is it. IF he get pissed- let him..He will get over it. Or you can treat his family how he treats yours.Stick to this..
When he gets mad -hopefully not in front of them..
Tell them that you are treating his family how he treats yours..Second if he embarrasses you in front of his family-but him on the spot as well..Small and sweet and do not get into a battle –
When they leave.
speak to him that you will not toletate in being a slave to his family.
You can also negociate what you are going to do when they arrive and that is it…If he want to do more- let him but do not participate in it..Even if his family gives you the evil eye-Ignor it……..Go to your room and take care of your child.
If that does not work go to a professional..to discuss your issues..Keep in mind if he is from a different culture- that might be a barrier..So converse for everyones sake….especially you samity.I wish you a pleased holiday and new year.

PS do not take no shit Be strong. Remember if he treats your daughter less. It is better to be without him than with him cause your daughter will feel unloved.and that is sad for her. I had a neice that used to go to sleep crying cause her father treated her less than his family….he also had a boy that he paid more attention to…So not let that happen..

ok well I kinda know what you are talking about. yes im young my husband and i were only 17 when we got married but now 7 years later we are going stronger than ever. He would do everything for his parents right when they questioned. but the difference is he wasn’t like that with our baby she always came first and he is and was an awesome dad. but as for me i felt Second to his parents and siblings. Well what worked for me even though it is hard i left. thank god it wasn’t for very long but i did. i got so sick of him doing everything for them and fighting me on taking the trash out for me. I made him feel what it would be like with out me. He came to and has changed alot over time. i sit down trying not to be mad or mean but i tell him how i felt and continue to do so now. He is Finlay coming around and starting to see how his family relay is and is getting sick of it him self. other than that i don’t know what to tell you i hope it works out.

Your husband either needs a serious reality check or you need to get a divorce. I would not allow a man to treat me that way. He is not acting like he’s a member of your family, he is acting like they are his only family. Teach him a lesson, kick him out.
