tooth implant,and braces cost with cigna insurance/?

The question

2012 is my first year with cigna dental insurance,i have a missing tooth in the lower back side of my mouth and want to get a dental implant for it.i’d also like to get CLEAR braces,for the top of my mouth only,to right a small gap.the last dentist that looked at my mouth said i’d only need braces for the top of my mouth for 6 months or so,didn’t have insurance though,so i declined.not sure if cigna covers both procedures,and how much of it.does anyone know?i tried looking in the website but didn’t know it.

also what is the avarage cost of these procedures?i live in southern california if that makes a difference

The following is my agenda. This person could very well be a candidate in 2012. Here is the basic agenda.

1. A flat federal income tax of 6% no exemptions period. Paid through payroll deduction.

2. Social Security Tax would increase by 6%.

3. Corporate America would Pay the current tax they pay with no discounts.

4. National federal sales tax of 5.5%.

5. Healthcare benefit tax $ 15 per month per person in the household (family). You go to any doctor/hospital or dentist and the federal government pays the bill.

6. No free rides anymore. If you are capable of working you would work and the feds paid for all your childcare.

7. Free college tuition. To and including techical schools. Going to the school of your choice.

8. Closing our boarders and instituting a moratorium on immigrants for 5 years. With a maximum mandatory limit of 10,000 people a year thereafter.

9. Nationalization of all our energy companies and all of our banks. Thus lowering prices at the pump, and reducing interest rates for all americans.

10. Raising the minimum wage to 5% above the poverty level.

11. Guarantee Social Security for all contributors. Making it strong so that all future generations would be able to count on it being there.

12. Reduce the size of the federal government and do away with all the social programs. I’d be giving you health care as a reduced rate. lower than what you pay now. Guarantee your retirement and lower energy and fianancial costs across the board. You wouldn’t need any social programs.
